Returns

You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and sealed. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We also ask that you send us proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• The item must be returned t0 Ealing Cross, Native Nutrients, 85 Uxbridge Rd, London W5 5BW

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
